Charles and Ray Eames

Brought together by a mutual passion for design, their collaboration was the most famous and groundbreaking in the history of American design. The pair began working together in the 1930s before marrying in 1941, and together they created revolutionary pieces, including the “chair of the century”, their DCW made using moulded plywood. Their extensive range of furniture, principally chairs and office chairs, remain modern and stylish today.
