Shipping

Items are normally dispatched from our warehouses within 5 business days. Shipping time to most cities is usually 2 - 5 business days, and most items are sent via FedEx Ground, unless noted otherwise.

Sometimes delays can occur, but we do everything we can to get orders shipped within 5 business days.  We will notify you if an item is out of stock or delayed beyond this time.

All deliveries are to your front door only.  Larger deliveries, such as sofas and pallets containing multiple items, are curbside, meaning the freight company will only drop it off in front of your residence or business. You will be responsible for loading and unloading your furniture. Your freight driver may be willing to help with this, but it is a good idea to have at least two able-bodied people available to help move large pieces of furniture. For special delivery needs, please contact us for a quotation. If you see visible damage to the cartons: please inspect the product before the carrier leaves. Often, the box can get damaged, however we use foam wrap around the product which keeps the item intact and is not likely to damage. If you discover the product is damaged, you can choose to (1) keep the product and file a claim (ask for a claim form from the driver and ensure the damages are noted on the delivery receipt), or (2) refuse the product and have it sent back. It is a good idea to document any problems with a digital camera if possible.

We can also arrange for "White Glove" service, where the item is carried into your home by the freight carrier, unwrapped, and the packaging taken away.

 

Return Policy

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, you have 30 days to exchange it for the same item.  Please email images of the damage/defect as this will help expedite the claim.

If you have simply changed your mind, or decided the item is not to your liking, you also have 30 days to return it, minus a 20% restocking fee plus the cost of return shipping.  Items must be received in new, sellable condition, in their original packaging.

Buying furniture online is not for everyone, and we try our best to make the images and descriptions as informative as possible, in order to avoid "buyer's remorse" once you receive the item. If you decide you must return an item, please contact us to arrange.
